World Cup 2010 Tickets
02/03/09
Tickets for the 2010 World Cup officially went on sale last month with the launch of the first sales phase, sparking excitement for football fans all over the World. The chance to attend a World Cup match can't be far off the top of the agenda for any serious follower of the beautiful game.
The 2010 World Cup will be held in South Africa, with stadiums dotted all over the country from Cape Town to Nelson Mandela Bay and Johannesburg to Polokwane. The Soccer City Stadium in Johannesburg will host the 2010 World Cup final on Sunday 11th of July, a day in which I hope Scotland are still involved. Joking aside, I will be more than happy should they qualify.
First stage applications for 2010 World Cup tickets can be made online at www.fifa.com up until the 31st of March, with the option to specify which nation you will be following. World Cup final tickets aren't the cheapest, but come on, it's a once in a lifetime chance to see the sporting world's greatest event.
I'll be bold and state my predictions early. I'll say Argentina to win, they always look good and maybe, just maybe, the 2010 World Cup will be their year.
